Sofrehs are flat woven cloths used either as dining sofrehs or as bread (or flour) sofrehs.  Like the other sofreh on this website (see, this bread sofreh of almost square size  is a kelim from Persian Azerbaijan, with the weft made of wool and the warp in cotton.
